My story with sushi started about 12 years ago, when I came to the USA, so I learned sushi from scratch like how do I wash rice to make the best sushi rolls. In the 12 years I have gained experience working in the best restaurants in the area. I worked at Benihana for 4 years and then moved on to other good restaurants. I am currently organizing amazing sushi parties and preparing them with an authentic Japanese taste
